This device can be retrofitted to any EMSCH or EMSCH RPM. The device is simply attached to the back of the machine with four screws.
With the help of the grinding lever (grinding device), it is possible to grind stones (especially agates) easily and quickly. The device guides the stone in a uniform, circular motion over the grinding wheel. This results in a clean grinding pattern. The position of the stone on the grinding wheel can be easily adjusted. Due to the device's own weight, the stone is pressed onto the disc with even pressure. This device eliminates the uncomfortable manual pressure.
The stone is embedded in a plastic cup with the help of industrial plasticine (included in the scope of delivery) and holds reliably in the receptacle cup. Furthermore, a drilling template for retrofitting is included in the scope of delivery.
